Finally this is the end of the Request A Sims. And I think I’ve saved the best for last 😀
Lowri Askew is for the-highwind, who gave the prompt of full body yakuza tattoos. I really wanted to make a skin just for this sim, and after much tweaking I am finally done. Lowri is basically covered in tattoos. She sees her body as a canvas. The only parts that are not covered are her hands, feet and face. I am very happy with the colours and design, but do have to point out that it is not entirely seamless. The tattoos are for females only, and reduce in colour for elders. Base skin is by Lilith.
And that brings my Request A Sims to a close. I hope you have enjoyed them and would love to see pictures of them in your games 🙂 Thank you to everyone who left me prompts!

BodyShop is a willful little beast but sometimes I can trick it into altering hard-to-edit parts of a sim’s face by using seemingly unrelated sliders and “canceling out” their effect with other sliders. Looking at this post now it is not actually that helpful and everyone probably knows this stuff already but I made gifs and everything so now I have to post it, it is the law.
I KEPT RUNNING INTO ALL OF THESE PROBLEMS WHILE SCULPTING SIM FACES and now I finally found the answer! Pooklet = pure awesome ❤
Skysims 243 Pookleted – Unnaturals
It’s the first time I ever made a set of streaked recolours, so I hope you guys will like these. The hairs work for all ages and elders keep their awesome hair colours. The mesh is included, files are compressorized and I’ve fixed that funky thing Skysims meshes do, where the YA recolours are darker for no reason.
And here are a couple of swatches! I’ll post the set a bit later today, cause I still want to take proper preview pictures. Thanks to everyone for the feedback on the last preview pic I posted and sorry it took me so long to get the set done 😛
This is the first time I’ve ever tried making streaked recolours of a hair. Not sure about the results, though. I’m also taking suggestions for possible colour combinations. So… thoughts?
Kijiko Toyger Pookleted
I originally made this retexture for personal use, so this set is a bit different from my usual ones. I’ve used an odd mix of PS actions, mostly Pooklet’s, with some by Furbyq and one by Digitalangels. Here’s a swatch, so you can see what I’m talking about:
Why’s the third brown (Caim) darker than the second black (Shrapnel)? Because I suck and didn’t think things through. Also, I managed to get Wardrobe Wrangler to work on my laptop, so elders get to keep their hair colours, for a change. The mesh works for both genders and is, of course, included.
